How to book?

  • On-site medieval accommodation is available to event registrants event on a first-come basis.

What is included?

Food and Meals:

  • Breakfast (daily for early risers)

    • a lite continental breakfast including hot and cold beverages

  • Brunch (Friday - Saturday - Sunday)

    • selected fruits, cheeses, meats, and a hot entre of the day (plus hot and cold beverages)

  • Supper - Thursday, Friday, Saturday are included, Sunday optional ($10 per person for chili on a bun)

  • Late night snacks at the Milonga will be provided


  • You can bring and consume your own alcohol in and around your tent and in the camp dining area.

    • Our Great Hall is a licensed facility and no outside alcohol is permitted.

    • We will have a cash bar at the BBQ dinner (Friday) and at the Feast (Saturday) - wine, beer,& mead

      • we will include complimentary bottles of wine on the table at the feast (2 per table).

On-Site Amenities & Facilities:

  • En-Suite bathroom - most tents (except where noted) have an attached 'throne-room' toilet and sink

  • Spacious Great Hall for dancing

  • Wash Shack - showers and flush toilets

  • Shade tent - our spacious Moroccan tent is available for guest use

  • Camp kitchen  - fully equipped kitchen for guests (with stove and small fridges)

  • Archery range -  see activities (below)

  • Costumes - costumes and cloaks are available for guests use - primarily for the feast


On-Site Medieval Activities (daily  Friday - Sunday):

  • Long-bow archery class

  • Leather craft workshop

  • Sword fighting class & demonstrations

  • Yard games - available to use (staff will teach you how to play)
